2024 ACS Pro Champion

The series made its highly sought after return to Spirit Mountain in Duluth, Minnesota for an action-packed three-day season finale presented by Hayes Brakes. After being snowed out in November of 2019, riders, crew, and fans alike could hardly wait to see some high-flying action on the ski hill again where riders would leave it all out on the track as it all came down to these moments on championship weekend.

Friday Round 14 |

The Judnick duo got pinched off the start in Round 1 with Kamm hovering outside of the top five and Harr at the back of the pack. A pile up on lap two would collect Harr resulting in a tip over, however he quickly remounted and went into full salvage mode. He slowly and methodically started picking off riders one by one all the way up to a hard fought fourth place position. Kamm had a solid run through and through as he started and finished in sixth place.

Round 2 kicked off with Harr diving under the pack off the start in the first corner to find himself tied for the lead going down the downhill with Kamm getting another top 10 start. Harr swiftly slotted himself into second where he’d remain the rest of the race despite yo-yoing back and forth with the leader all race long. Halfway through the round Kamm landed in a hole before the finish line resulting in him tweaking his knee. From there, he was only able to roll the track the rest of the race, putting him in twelfth place.

The third and final round kicked off with Harr shooting out to a top three start and he made quick work of the rider in second to overtake the position and remained there for a majority of the race. In the closing stages he caught back up to the leader and brought the race down to the very last lap as he made it a photo finish going side by side over the finish line, almost taking the win but was just .140 of a second shy. All in all, some incredible rides and his 4-2-2 efforts awarded him 3rd overall. Kamm was not able to line up for the third round due to his knee, so his 6-12 finishes put him eleventh overall for the night.

Saturday Round 15 |

The team decided it would be best that Kody sit out the remaining rounds due to the knee injury sustained the night before. We were sad to see him go out this way but are excited to get him healthy and ready for next season.

With his teammate out, all eyes were on Harr. Due to a mishap in qualifying, Harr was forced to start the first round in the back row for the first time this season. However that did not deter our #31. He jumped out to a top ten start and never looked back as he fought and partook in multiple battles and hard charged his way to a sixth place finish.

The second round kicked off with a mid-pack start however Harr worked his way up to fourth within just a few laps. Using up all the track and then some to slip past riders, he worked his way past third and found himself in second. From there, he started hunting down the leader, mirroring his every move and struck with just two and a half minutes to go for the lead and the win.

Harr went into the third round sitting third overall and needed to perform if he wanted any shot at the overall and he did just that. Harr was five wide off the start and swiftly slotted into third within the first few laps. After making a pass into second, the leader of the race went down making Harr the benefactor of the lead and it was smooth sailing to yet another round win from there. His 6-1-1 efforts were enough to give him the overall win for the night and solidify him as the 2024 Amsoil Championship Snocross Pro Champion.

Sunday Round 16 |

For the third and final day of racing, the series switched to a two moto format. In the first moto, Harr rounded the first corner tied for the lead and speedily jumped to the front and put a gap between him and the rest of the pack. He stayed there for the whole race until the second to last lap when a slight miscue in a corner would throw him from his sled with no time to make up positions putting him in tenth.

In the second moto, Harr was lined up way outside due to the previous round’s result with his work cut out for him. Our Swede worked his way all the way from tenth to fifth to salvage eighth overall for the day.

The team is elated to end the season with the title of the 2024 Amsoil Championship Snocross Pro Champion! This marks the teams first championship since the 2009/2010 season with Ross Martin and Polaris’s first since the 2017 season with Kody Kamm (while on Hentges Racing). This season we garnered 6 wins, 15 podiums, and 16 round wins between the two riders in the premier division. Here’s to one of the most successful seasons in the team’s history!

Harr: “I have no words. I have dreamed of this moment my whole career. This is why I started, this has been the goal the entire time. I have the best team behind me and we’ve worked so hard for this. This accomplishment means the world to me.”

Scott Judnick: “This was one of the if not the best season in JM 27-year history as a team. We never take seasons like this for granted because everything has to fall into place perfectly and you never know when or if you will get another win, or for that matter another podium, let alone a championship. I cannot thank my team enough for their efforts this season. Every single person has worked endlessly and tirelessly to win this championship. As well as our incredible sponsors who put so much into helping us get to the top. I have truly cherished this season and we will be working hard all summer to come back stronger than ever.”
