Double Podium Finishes at Season Finale- Harr Second in Season Ending Points

The 2022-2023 season officially came to a close this past weekend as we hit the slopes of Sundown Mountain for the season finale. The series made its way back to the ski hill in Dubuque Iowa for the first time since the 2018-2019 season. Despite the course being snirty as the weather made snow on the hill scarce, the showdown at Sundown did not disappoint. Continuing his Triple Crown dominance, our Emil Harr struck first in Round 15.

Backing up his stellar performances in Michigan, EH started the first Triple Crown round tied for the lead on the first lap. Although there were close battles throughout the race, our #31 was able to gain the advantage and claim the victory. Round two started similarly as EH used the same inside line to dive under the field early on and emerge from the first lap in the lead. As the race wore on, our Swede got stronger, logging a 5.7 sec lead over the field when the clock ran out. In the third and final round, EH started in second and stayed there comfortably all race long, and when it was all said and done pocketed 1-1-2 finishes for the Round 15 overall. This marked EH’s third overall win in a row.

The final race day of the season started strong as EH topped the final Triple Crown qualifying of the season. With a top three start in the first round, EH was looking to repeat his previous day’s performance. An unfortunate off track excursion late in the race would cost EH a top three finish, however he was able to reenter and ride it out for a fourth place finish. Round two featured another top three start, however EH had to defend early on before pulling away and riding his own race out to a third place finish. For the final time this season, EH piloted his Polaris 600R to yet another top three start and was able to settle into third place early on where he would ultimately finish. 4-3-3 finishes would land EH on the podium in third place.

After 16 rounds of racing, EH finished the season 2nd in the premier Pro division points. EH ended the season with five wins, nine podium finishes, winning four out of six Triple Crown rounds, and earning the team our first overall weekend sweep in team history. This storybook season featured rider and team bests, and makes us all that more excited for the 2023-2024 season.

Brother and teammate Filip Harr ended the season strong with some remarkable battles and a lot of fun had. We absolutely loved having the Harr brothers together on one team this season and it was a pleasure to have Filip in the Judnick Motorsports trailer.

As we close out another season, we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. The success we saw this season would not have been possible without our amazing crew and sponsors’ hard work and backing. Stay tuned for some team announcements and updates soon!
