Lady Luck Goes On Vacation At Soaring Eagle Casino
Duluth, MN (February 5, 2019) – The Judnick Motorsports team raced home from Deadwood, South Dakota to stay ahead of the biggest snow storm of the season, only to hit a roadblock when we arrived in Central Michigan for rounds nine and 10 of the AMSOIL Championship Snocross tour.
Corin Todd continued his quest for his first top five of the season, finishing eighth on Friday night. On Saturday, Todd started the main event with the 11th gate pick and finished in that spot at the completion of the 16 lap final.
RJ Roy was making his first-ever visit to the big, fast natural terrain course in Mount Pleasant and struggled to adjust to deep, soft snow conditions. Despite putting together a string of top five finishes in recent weeks, Roy failed to qualify for both finals in Michigan.
The national tour is now on a two week break before making its only east coast appearance of the year in Salamanca, New York on February 22-23.
