TOP 5 FOR KAMM AT DERBY COMPLEX

The penultimate round of the season brought the series to the legendary World Championship Derby Complex in Eagle River. Steeped in more than 50 years of racing history, the tight oval layout once again delivered a unique stage for snocross competition.

Fresh snow blanketed the region ahead of Friday night’s racing, adding to an already deep track surface that developed into a technical mix of wide racing lanes, big jumps, deep bumps, and multiple passing lines.

The Judnick Motorsports duo showed strong speed in the heats under the Friday night lights at the Derby Complex. In the final, Harr rocketed off the line and quickly found himself inside the top three, battling for the lead early in the race. An unfortunate collision partway through the race sent Harr off track and into the barriers. The impact injured his leg and knocked the wind out of him, ultimately forcing him to retire early despite his best effort to return to the track.

Kamm, meanwhile, delivered a gritty ride. After working his way forward throughout the final, he fought back into the top five in a performance that more closely resembled the form fans have come to expect from him. Following a few race weekends dealing with injury, the rebound effort from the No. 53 was a strong step in the right direction.

Following the heavy impact the night before, Harr did his best to return to the track for practice but ultimately determined the pain was too severe to continue. He and the team made the precautionary decision for him to sit out Round 14 to prioritize his health and safety. The team is currently awaiting MRI results and plans to use the next few weeks to focus on recovery and rehabilitation ahead of the final rounds in Duluth.

With Harr sidelined, all eyes were on Kamm. He delivered a strong performance with a heat race victory that set him up well heading into the final. In another hard-fought race, Kamm battled throughout the field and ultimately came away with a sixth-place finish to close out the weekend.

UP NEXT: The team will recover, regroup, and prepare for the final rounds of the 2026 season in Duluth Minnesota on April 3 and 4.
