Harr Pockets Fifth Podium Finish This Season
Only four rounds remain in the 2022 Amsoil Championship Snocross tour. This past weekend the series made its way back to ERX Motor Park, the sprawling home track for our Klim/ Jack Links Polaris riders.
Harr felt right at home and opened the weekend with 2-3 qualifying round results. He carried this momentum into the night show and during the course of the ten minute plus two lap final, Harr battled within the top-three for the entirety of the race, finishing in second. This marked the sixth podium finish of the young Swedes career thus far.
On Saturday, Harr had his work cut out for him as he was in 13th place on the first lap of the Pro final. Despite the tough start, Harr put in another true grit ride, capitalizing on every opportunity he could making strategic passes throughout the pack, all the way to his final position of fifth. His consistent finishes maintain his top-three position in the Pro points chase.
Alread attempted to make his return back to racing at ERX Motor Park, and started his comeback with impressive 2-4 finishes in his qualifying rounds. Despite all his best efforts to rehab his shoulder in hopes it would hold up to finish out the rest of the season, it failed him, derailing his qualifying round efforts. In the final, it dislocated once again and will now sideline him for the remainder of the season. We wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to his return.
“I can’t thank everyone enough for their support. I am bummed to be out for the remainder of the season, but we will most definitely come back stronger next year. A huge thank you to all of our sponsors for making this all possible.”- CA
This coming weekend we head to Lake Geneva, WI, another fan and rider favorite track for rounds 13 and 14.
